Artist Workshops

Recognizing that art can improve the riding experience and make the system more inviting, Metro Art commissions artists to incorporate art into a wide array of transportation projects throughout Los Angeles County. From bus stops to rail stations, streetscapes to bus interiors, construction fences to poetry works, art creates a sense of place and engages transit riders.

Come learn about up-coming transit related public art opportunities and how to apply. Opportunities include stations for the new Mid-City/Exposition Line from
downtown Los Angeles to Culver City. The workshops are free and open to all.
