A full-day A to Z Grantwriting Institute will be presented on Wednesday,
November 3 (9 am – 5 pm) as a part of the 73rd Annual Conference for
Community Arts Education. The conference will take place at Parc 55 Hotel,
San Francisco, CA from November 3 – 6, 2010. The A to Z Grantwriting
Pre-Conference Institute will provide skills, resources, and tools to help
arts organizations diversify and expand funding bases. Renowned grantwriting

A to Z GRANTWRITING PRESENTER - ARTIST LINDA VALLEJO

Linda Vallejo, Southern California artist, recently completed a ten-week run
of “FIERCE BEAUTY: A FORTY-YEAR RETROSPECTIVE” at Plaza de al Raza a Los
Angeles based cultural center. A full color catalog is available for preview
and purchase on the artist’s website. A solo exhibition of Vallejo’s
installation “A Prayer for the Earth” is on view at the Marsden Cultural Art
Center in Gadsden, Alabama, from August 15 through November 7, 2010. Vallejo
