RFQ (request for qualifications) for Event Production - Santa Monica Festival

The City of Santa Monica is distributing an RFQ for Event Production of the Santa Monica Festival for the years 2011, 2012 and 2013 (please see attached). Proposals are due Wednesday, December 8 by 5pm. The winning bidder will start work on the festival in mid-December.
