The Autry seeks a part-time Event Coordinator to provide event services support and assist with day-to-day administrative duties within our Venue Sales Department. This position is non-exempt. The Event Coordinator responds to rental inquiries, coordinates rental needs across departments (Housekeeping, Security, A/V, etc.), serves as a site supervisor during events, and prepares weekly agendas for event meetings.
