Position: Office Coordinator
Location: Pasadena, CA
Type: Part-time (20 – 25 hours a week), M-F
Salary: $11-13 per hour

Theatre 360 is Los Angeles' preeminent children's theatre education and performance company. We are seeking an office coordinator with skills, experience and savvy to be the back bone of day-to-day operations.

To thrive in this role you'll need to love variety, work independently, communicate well and be exceptionally organized. An excellent candidate is hard working, professional, dedicated, driven, trustworthy, creative, outgoing, has an ability to work under pressure and handle diverse and (occasionally) difficult personalities. A love of theatre is important and previous experience in the field is desirable but not necessary – experience from a different field is acceptable.

The position is a part-time role with hours Monday through Friday, occasional weekends may be required. This is a unique opportunity and the role can be flexible to include special projects of interest.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the office

- Procurement of all office supplies of stationery, supplies and equipment

- Deal with customer/student/parent queries via phone, email and in person

- Maintain Company website

- Create flyers and announcements

- Program sales support and marketing

You Will Need:

- Strong business administrative knowledge

-Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to produce business correspondences and materials with a high degree of accuracy for grammar, spelling and punctuation

- Experience managing the day-to-day operations of an office

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic design and web abilities
