Seeking chalk artists to participate in the second annual Chalk Art for Charity, a fundraiser for a local nonprofit organization. The event will take place during Arts in the Park, Aug. 18th and 19th 2012 at the Ventura Harbor Village in Ventura. Both events hosted by the Ventura Chamber of Commerce.
