About the Residency Program

This residency program is open to artists and creative people in all categories of the arts, such as visual artists, architects, designers, writers, musicians, composers, theater artists, dancers, filmmakers, aimators, etc. Artists can apply as individuals or with their collective. The program’s mission is to provide free art studio space for talented local artists for the creation of original work, while exposing our students to a wide variety of creative practices and processes. Members of the LFCSA community are also eligible to apply.

The studio space is located in the school campus at 2709 Media Center Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90065. Artists will be expected to be on site at least 15 hours a week. The length of the residency ranges from 2 to 14 weeks long.
