SODE School of Performing Arts is now hiring! (Southern California)

SODE School of Performing Arts (a mobile performing arts school) is looking for English, French and Spanish speaking dance (all genres) and theater teachers for Fall2016 semester. Most classes are for kinder through 5th grade but we are also looking for French speaking dance teachers who have experience working with 2.5-5 year old students.

Also looking for a super kid friendly instructors for the following: -Percussionist/Drumming Circle classes
-Choir director for a young children's show choir class
*Both positions must be wiling to collaborate with a choreographer
-French teacher for non-traditional after-school classes and some privates-Certified kid friendly Zumba instructor-French preschool teacher assistant
Also looking for an administrative assistant who's great with Excel, savvy with social media, punctual and reliable. Can work from home but will occasionally meet with director in Eagle Rock office. This is a part time position, about 5 to 10 hours a week.

First round of interviews will be held on in Eagle Rock on June 14th and 15th from 4PM-5PM.

Interested applicants must have the following:
Must be reliable.Must have a car.Must be punctual.Must be super organized.
Must be reliable.
Must be wiling to get Live Scan, TB tested. (SODE does not pay for tests).Must be GREAT with kids of all ages.Must be reliable.
Must have a recent reference letter.Must have at least 3 years experience working in your field.Must be flexible and available from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.Must be legal to work in the US.
Did we mention that you must be reliable? :)

Most of our classes are at a recreational level with very little "traditional dance studio" philosophies. Technique is important but we believe that having fun while creating and discovering is more important.
