Triangle Arts Association seeks a Program Coordinator. This position will suit a highly motivated, flexible individual who wishes to gain a range of experiences at a small non-profit (2 staff members), working closely with our director and 4 artists in residence. Duties include but are not limited to: Assisting with residency coordination, including scheduling meetings, artist housing, travel, visas and other documentation

Coordinating open studios, artist talks and other events

Helping to prepare studios for incoming residents (basic painting and patching of walls, etc.) Maintaining a daily presence on social media

Updating website and mailing list; preparing email newsletters Managing studios: resolving minor repairs, scheduling, and other issues

This is a 3.5-day-a-week position (3 full days + 1 afternoon) at $14/hourly. Some evening and weekend hours required. Please send cover letter and resume to mail@triangle-arts-association.org.
