The "Chalucet—Quartier de la créativité et de la connaissance à Toulon" project will be procuring a work of art as part of the “artistic 1%” scheme.

An artistic creation process has been opened as part of the “artistic 1%” scheme for the construction of the "Chalucet—Quartier de la créativité et de la connaissance" in Toulon, a project managed by the communauté d’agglomération Toulon Provence Méditerranée with construction managed by the architect Corinne VEZZONI from VEZZONI and associates.

The order is for the TPM Academy of Art and Design and the future Mediathèque buildings which are at the heart of the project.

This process is open to professional artists.

The programme is for the design and execution of a work of art, or works of art, in line with the philosophy of the new quarter: metropolitan influence, the development of new proximity and purpose for the city centre, and innovation in a historical and environmental setting.
