Internships: Apply by February 15! https://wsworkshop.org/

Interns work full-time in exchange for a private room in WSW's on-campus housing, a stipend of $300/month, and studio access outside of working hours. We encourage interns to cultivate their art practice and provide the option of a group exhibition at the end of the term. After their internship, they join a legacy of over 700 artist alumnae that spans almost every continent.

Nonprofit Management Internship |

July – December 2018

You'll work closely with our office team on marketing and fundraising initiatives. Other projects may include writing and public relations. Between WSW's studio, education, publishing, and community programs, you will gain a wide range of experience in both the nonprofit sector and the visual arts.

Summer Internship | July – August 2018

This is the perfect crossover opportunity for emerging chefs interested in sustainability. Summer interns plan and prepare weekday lunches for the Summer Art Institute, when over 100 artists join our studios over eight weeks. In addition to honing your culinary skills, you will assist with WSW's ArtFarm, tending and harvesting nontraditional papermaking plants.

Studio Internship | July – December 2018

Work alongside Artists-in-Residence at all stages of their careers as you are encouraged and challenged with your own practice. Studio interns are responsible for the day-to-day function of WSW's facilities, with potential projects relating to book, print, and paper production. Prior experience in printmaking, letterpress, book arts, or papermaking is required.
