We'd love to hear from you and see what new work you've got brewing. The deadline for May 2019 is February 1, 2019, but we're still accepting submissions for April, and we even have a few spots open in March!

Reminder: DP accepts submissions year-round with a rolling deadline. Apply on the 1st of the month, three months prior to the month you wish to perform. (Of course you can submit as early as you want.)

As always, use our online form http://dixonplace.org/submit-work/ to send proposals for your projects, and feel free to forward this link to your NYC-based performance-making friends. Questions? Email Ashley@dixonplace.org. We'll work it out together.

We also welcome your feedback about our submission process as well as your experiences working at DP.

Please note: we also seek artwork for our gallery, so please spread the word to your visual art and curator friends! Fyi, we're particularly interested in medium & large size paintings. Photography doesn't work so well in our gallery.

We look forward to reviewing your submissions. Thanks very much!

Hope to see y'all soon...

Also, our friends at Concrete Temple Theatre are looking for four 15-minute advanced stage works-in-progress for their mini-visual theatre festival

CONCRETE BOOM: volume 2 which Dixon Place will present on June 11 and 12. Artists/companies will receive a $500 stipend to help defer their production costs.

Information and application materials can be found at: http://concretetempletheatre.com/new/application/

Since 2004, Concrete Temple Theatre has created devised visual theatre that challenges the traditional relationship between text and design, striving to create theatrical works in which the visual elements have their own narrative or add layers of meaning to the textual narrative.
