Hi!

I'm delighted to share with you a Call for Artists and Cultural Organizers to apply for the opportunity to win up to 40K to work with residents in the neighborhood of Red Hook Brooklyn. The goal of this project is to bring diverse members of the Red Hook neighborhood together to address a pressing issue and capitalize on the arts ability to promote healing, a sense of belonging, civic engagement and community safety.

Please share this call with your network. Priority will be given to applications that demonstrate strong connections to Red Hook.

An info session will be held at the Red Hook Community Justice Center (88 Visitation Place) on November 14th at 6:00pm. RSVP to arts@courtinnovation.org strongly recommended, but not required. The Red Hook Community Justice Center is a courthouse, attendees should be prepared to go through security.

The deadline for applications is December 1st, 2019.

We are looking forward to reviewing applications with the selection committee!

With anticipation,

Amy Ellenbogen, MS
