AMP: Artists' Meeting Place and Resource Collective

The Kerckhoff Art Gallery is a small and intimate gallery on the
campus of UCLA managed by the UCLA Cultural Affairs Commission. Our
mission is to spark thought and dialogue on social issues within the
community.

We are currently seeking female artists in the LA community with body
image-themed art to be displayed from November 3 to November 9, 2008.
With direct exposure to those at UCLA, this exhibition will allow the
viewers to look critically at the pressure that is placed on girls to
conform to an idealistic body image.

Please send attachments of your personal work to
kerckhoffartgallery@gmail.com along with a short synopsis of yourself
and your work by Monday, October 27. NO LATE SUBMISSIONS ACCEPTED.
