If you have successfully led fundraising initiatives, possess strong financial stewardship skills, developed meaningful partnerships that prioritize transparency and accountability, and excel in strategic thinking and risk management, we would love to hear from you!
The Executive Director will guide Eyebeam through an exciting period of renewal and transformation. We seek someone who combines visionary leadership with emotional intelligence, balances decisiveness with compassion, and can inspire confidence across our community—staff, artists, alums, funders, and partners alike.
Leadership comes in many forms, and we welcome candidates who may excel in specific areas while being open to collaboration and growth. We hope to bring in fresh insights to enhance our collective capacity as a team.
