Frieze Art Fair is pleased to announce that the EMDASH Foundation, a new organisation that aims to encourage and enable the ideas of the future, from artistic and cultural projects to scientific research, will be the new funders of Frieze Projects and the EMDASH Award.
The EMDASH Award is a major opportunity for an emerging artist working outside the UK to realise a new work at Frieze Art Fair as part of the critically acclaimed Frieze Projects programme. The award replaces the Cartier Award, which, since its establishment in 2006, has become one of the world's leading art awards.
