jet-setting with AMP

AMP's picture

Hello everybody,

I just wanted to let you know what a great time I've been having with AMP - and what a great time AMP's been having with the world! In Amsterdam, I stayed a night with Nancy, who works with AMP Members creativeresources and Anthony; in Edinburgh, I stayed with AMP Member Jakester for a week; and in Paris, I stayed at AMP Member device's flat for a night. Along the way, we picked up a few new members, including a bagpiper in Edinburgh, Scotland. At the moment, I'm staying a few nights at AMP Member bekka's in Berkeley, California. Bekka's just started her first European tour - largely booked through AMP! In the next couple of months, look for her updates about her tour, as well as an advice forum on how to book your own European tour through AMP. Some of you have also had your work accepted in TSLO's exhibit in Denmark, and your work composes 2/3 of their exhibit poster's artwork! This is all fantastic news - especially for an organization so young. AMP's been alive for under 5 months, and we already have over 1100 members in over 35 countries worldwide, and we're growing...if you live in San Francisco, Berkeley, or Oakland, California, look around to see if you can find any of our striking purple AMP postcards. I might be dropping them by your neighborhood next!

Purple postcards

Did you see the purple poster in Laurie Notch's latest issue of AFTAW
(downloadable PDF from her blog here on AMP)?
