HISK organizes postgraduate education in Flanders in the field of the audiovisual and visual arts. It provides approximately twenty-five young artists from Belgium and abroad with a studio of their own for the duration of two years along with specific, tailor-made guidance.

POSITION SUMMARY: Under direct supervision by the Program Manager, the
Program Associate provides administrative, evaluative, and logistical
support for the Program department¹s activities. This is a temporary
part-time position with the possibility of growth into a permanent position.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide administrative support for P.S. ARTS¹ Program Team, including, but
not limited to, maintaining calendar, coordinating meetings, managing
faculty professional networking site, and ordering supplies
* Perform data entry and create reports for Director of Programming
* Shoot, archive, and edit video footage of programs

Coordinates the planning
process for changing exhibitions, installations and other museum projects that
support the mission such as educational programming. Works closely with Public
Relations firm and media to develop short and long range communication
