The Preservation Division of the New York Public Library (NYPL) is
seeking applicants for a full-time Sound Engineer to assist in
preserving the world-class audio collections held in the Library¹s
permanent research collections. The position description and

This past year NYPL completed a year-long Mellon-funded comprehensive
assessment of its audio and moving image (AMI) collections, which are
among the largest and most important in the world. This new Sound

The goal of the challenge is to bring together art and technology, artists with technologies, and to unleash the huge potential of mixing the creativity and perspective of artists with the nowadays powerful open hardware technologies.
Creative Divergents Showcases are open to anyone, internationally. All subjects, styles, and media are welcome.
The $300 IMPACT Award supports creative works that promote positive change, audience engagement, or dialogue.
The $200 INNOVATION Award supports creative works that demonstrate innovation in some way.
Determined by creative vision, innovation, impact, quality, and overall impression.
