Box Office Manager—
4 theatre facility in the historic downtown core of Los Angeles seeks a Part-time Box Office Manager.
Duties include supervising a part-time staff of box office treasurers, while delegating and implementing ticket policies and procedures.
Candidate must have knowledge of reconciliation reports, performance statements and computerized ticketing systems.
Candidate must have strong attention to detail.
Customer service skills are very important; previous Box Office and supervisory experience necessary.
A qualified Candidate would need to be a self starter, organized, creative, collaborative, enthusiastic, a flexible team player as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.
Spanish fluency a plus.

In collaboration with the company's Artistic Director, the General Manager, and our dynamic growing Board, the Director will work to provide the necessary resources for the continued advancement of the center.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising all fundraising activities and will directly participate in the identification, cultivation and solicitation of prospects and donors.
Development Director will also serve as liaison with the Board of Directors.

The Department of Art and Art History at the University of Texas at Austin
seeks applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor in Transmedia. The
Transmedia program is part of the Studio Art division in the Department of
Art and Art History. The Department of Art and Art History is comprised of
four divisions: Design, Art History, Visual Art Studies and Studio Art. The
University of Texas at Austin is a flagship Tier One research institution,
situated in a city known for its quality of life and active engagement with
the arts.
Transmedia is an interdisciplinary field of study focused on a combination
Impakt Works residencies take place at Impakt in Utrecht, The Netherlands. The call is open to both Dutch and international artists. A residency period can run from April 2013 onwards, and generally lasts two months. This includes: accommodation, a studio, basic technical facilities and equipment, and reimbursement of traveling expenses up to 250 euro. Artists in residence can receive a “per-diem” stipend, not exceeding 1000 euro in the two-month period.

Impakt, foundation for critical media culture in Utrecht (NL), invites interested parties to submit curatorial proposals for the 2013 Impakt Festival, which will take place from 30 October to 3 November, focusing on the theme 'Capitalism Catch-22.'
The Impakt Festival is the annual culmination of the activities of Impakt as an organisation that specialises in critical media culture: a multimedia festival with conferences, readings, performances, screenings, exhibitions, presentations and music.
The curatorial proposal can be submitted by curators individually or collectively and should revolve around this year’s theme, 'Capitalism Catch-22.'
