outdoor summer performing arts presenter, is looking for a PAID Public
Relations Intern for June-August 2012. GP is known for providing Angelenos
with FREE high-quality performances by world-renowned artists across all
genres, and our 26th summer will be no exception. But we need a highly
motivated intern to help us promote our season.

I am looking for musicians to play the stars in a performance of Singing the Stars in the Andrus Planetarium, Hudson River Museum, Yonkers, NY, May 6. Musicians will use constructions/sculptures to read the stars and give a short concert. This full-time position at e-flux in New York includes a high volume of copyediting, fact-checking, and basic HTML formatting towards the production and distribution of all e-flux announcements. The Announcement Designer is responsible for adhering to and enforcing the in-house style guide by consistently formatting and proofreading press materials and preparing them for international circulation.

The Museum of Latin American Art (MOLAA) seeks a contract Manager/Lead Instructor to direct MOLAA's annual Summer Art Camp and a bilingual contract Teaching Artist to facilitate the fine arts workshop component of MOLAA's annual Summer Art Camp. The Teaching Artist will work a two hour session (plus set-up and clean-up) four days a week. Summer Art Camp is a four week dual immersion camp and runs Monday-Friday from July 9-August 3, 2012 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. with additional childcare hours from 8 a.m.-9 a.m. and 5 p.m.-6 p.m. MOLAA's Summer Art Camp provides participants with a safe, creative, bilingual learning environment in which to learn about Latin American Art and Culture.

Application Procedure

A new program for artists and curators has been introduced at the Claire Trevor School of the Arts at UC Irvine.

Known as the Artists in Residence Program in Studio Art, it offers two learning tracks for artists and curators to learn, create, curate and exhibit at the School of the Arts.

The artist's track will take nine months to complete and will provide participants with studio space at UCI, as well as guidance and direction on creating art. The yearlong curator's track will allow participants to create their own art exhibition.

From 15 February to 7 April 2013 the 14th VIDEONALE will be taking place in the Kunstmuseum Bonn. We now invite all artists to apply for VIDEONALE 14 with a single or multi-channel video work.

There are no restrictions on the subject, but the works submitted must be not more than 2 years old, i.e. they must date from 1 Jan 2010 or later.

A jury of international experts will examine the entries and those selected will be presented in the VIDEONALE in the Kunstmuseum Bonn.

Arts for All, L.A. County's arts education collaborative, is pleased to announce the addition of 12 new programs from 10 providers for the Programs for Educators online directory at: http://www.lacountyartsforall.org
