CicLAvia seeks a highly qualified and energetic Event Production Assistant to assist in the execution of all aspects of event planning, production and outreach for CicLAvia events.
The Event Production Assistant will work closely with the Director of Production to ensure that all production-related elements are properly handled in a timely and professional manner. This entry-level position will assist the senior producers with all outreach and coordination related to the successful implementation of CicLAvia events.

PROSPECTUS & GUIDELINES
Artwork must be made of materials that are used, discarded, or found as trash; things that were not necessarily meant to be artist materials, were meant to be disposed of – objects and materials that could have and would have been trash, but have been redeemed and transformed by the artist's vision and hand.
Open to all Southern California artists who can drop off and pick up selected work in person. We cannot receive, nor return shipped work.
Fee is $25 for up to 6 entries (NON‐REFUNDABLE)
LACE (Los Angeles Contemporary Exhibitions) is seeking interns for a number of fall positions!
LACE offers undergraduates and recent graduates the opportunity to participate in the gallery’s programming and gain experience at a non-profit arts organization. Internships provide training in areas such as administration, development, research, communications, and facility operations. Students interested in art and arts administration will especially benefit from this experience. Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communications skills, a keen attention to detail, and a willingness to work in a hands-on group environment. LACE will work with the intern’s special interests to ensure a positive learning experience.
