Founded in 1957, the Vincent Price Art Museum (VPAM) is located on the publicly funded community college campus of East Los Angeles College (ELAC) in Monterey Park, four miles east of downtown Los Angeles. VPAM is part of a brand new Performing and Fine Arts Center on campus and is located in a four-story, 40,000 square-foot state-of-the-art facility with lecture hall, three floors of gallery spaces for display of permanent collection and temporary exhibitions, and a vault for the VPAM collection.

Hong Kong Ambassadors of Design is seeking a curator to lead DETOUR 2012. We invite the local and international design community to participate and submit a proposal for curatorship and artistic direction. The Power Plant Contemporary Art Gallery in Toronto is seeking a Curator of Exhibitions. Applications (résumé and letter of interest) must be received by August 5, 2012.

The Visitor Services representative is responsible for providing excellent service to patrons of Laguna Art Museum.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Represents the museum in a professional, positive and helpful manner
Performs Admissions desk duties from opening to closing:
-registers member and non-member visitors in Altru system
-collects admissions and other payments by cash, check and credit card
-promotes and sells museum memberships
-creates daily financial reports for Business Manager
