POSITION: Civic Art Program Coordinator
The Los Angeles County Arts Commission seeks a full time Civic Art Program Coordinator for its Civic Art Program, which works with leading and emerging public artists, County departments and communities to create permanent artwork, creative placemaking projects, public engagement activities, temporary art and event-based programming for new and renovated facilities throughout Los Angeles County.
Greenway Arts Alliance is seeking a part-time Student Programs Coordinator. Reporting to the Director of Student Programs, the ideal candidate will be results and detailed oriented with the ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced and extremely unique work environment.
The Student Programs Coordinator is integral for promoting a culture of learning by assisting with the development and management of arts education, workforce, leadership development, and community-service programs we provide for the students of Fairfax High School.
Duties include:
· Assisting with student outreach: coordinate recruitment and outreach efforts, co-plan and execute special events, assist with departmental social media planning and execution

SEEKING CREATIVE WRITING ARTIST MENTORS
Writers with 3 to 5 years of professional experience needed to teach Theatre Of
Hearts/Youth First (TOHYF) Artist-In-Residence Program Classes for middle school and
high school students!
Each TOHYF residency is custom-designed and standards-based. Residencies typically
consist of 2-hour workshops conducted sequentially once or twice per week for 13 to 15
weeks, culminating in a Work-In-Progress Presentation. Artists are paid a flat fee based on
the number of hours allotted, depending on the program’s site and location.

Research Assistant for Latin American Art Overview:
The Research Assistant is responsible for the research and coordination of a retrospective survey of a major Brazilian artist, a small exhibition of a Los Angeles-based Chicano artist, and possible coordination of a site-specific project by an Argentinian artist. All three exhibitions will be part of the Getty Foundation's Pacific Standard Time initiative LA/LA.
