In addition to assisting customers, duties include: supervision of sales
staff, ordering and displaying merchandise, inventory control, assisting

Qualifications
Requires flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays. Must be
proficient in Word and Excel and willing to be trained to use the
store's Point-of-Sale system. Previous retail supervisory experience
required. Two years of completed college preferred.

The Las Virgenes Unified School District, located in Northern Los Angeles County and encompassing the cities of Calabasas, Agoura, Hidden Hills and Westlake Village, is a destination public school district well known for its educational excellence, both in academics and the performing arts. The Performing Arts Education Centers (PAECs} are currently under construction with full funding provided by a voter-approved construction bond. Upon completion in late 2012, the PAECs will be two fully-equipped, professional-quality performing arts centers located at Calabasas and Agoura High Schools in the Las Virgenes Unified School District, each including a 650 main stage theater and a flexible-seating Black Box theater.
The Museum of Latin American Art (MOLAA), located in downtown Long Beach, is searching for a part time Assistant to the Museum's Registrar. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking for hands-on experience in collections and gallery management area of the museum. This part time position offers 24-28 hours per week.
Essential Functions:
• Assist with the movement and storage of art in galleries and storage areas, with proper art handling and packing procedures.
• Assist in the transport, shipping and receiving of art objects. Will be responsible for communications with museums and art galleries in Latin America.
• Assist with opening crates and soft-pack art deliveries and prepare art for temporary exhibits and document new acquisitions.

WHEN:
· Auditions - February 13-16 from 3-5:30.
· Rehearsals – April 9 – May 9. There is a 4 ½ week rehearsal period for the show that includes daily afterschool rehearsals from 3-5:30 as well as Saturday rehearsals from 9-5. During the final week or so of production, rehearsals may go as late as 8pm.
· Production – There are three shows only:
3pm on Thursday, May 10 and 7pm shows on Friday, May 11 and Saturday, May 12

Candidate MUST be available Friday Nov 18 from 3-9, Saturday Nov 19 from 9-9, and Sunday Nov 20 from 9-9 with lunch and dinner breaks.
