The Netherlands Media Art Institute (NIMk) focuses on new technologies and visual art. It presents and distributes media art, provides access to and conservation services for collections, facilitates artists' residencies and performs technical research. The Institute is a point of departure and home port for both new talents and established names.
Through projects and events the NIMk reaches as wide an audience as possible, off and on-line, both in its own premises and through projects by third parties, in The Netherlands and other countries.

energetic and reliable Development Coordinator to assist with events
planning and fundraising efforts. The Development Coordinator will support
the Advancement Department and the Director of Communications & Advancement.
He/she will assist in the day-to-day operations including written and oral
communications, events planning, budget and donation tracking, membership
program implementation, coordination of a grant calendar, and prospect
research. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills,
and an interest in non-profit events, marketing, and fundraising.

Event Sales Coordinator

The Museum of Latin American Art (MOLAA), in Long Beach, CA is searching for an Event Sales Coordinator. This position is responsible for selling the venue for events and will be responsible for facilitating all banquets and parties from start to finish. The Event Sales Coordinator reports to the Museum Events Manager.

Street Beat, a Producer of California's Best Drum & Dance Shows seeks a Company Manager for a 19 day run at the California State Fair this July.

Duties:
The Company manager will engage in following 3 activities: Advancing, Stage Management and On-the-Road.

Advancing:
Advancing with the venue to ensure the entire artist's technical and hospitality demands will be met. Check contact names and addresses, arrival times, equipment load-in times, sound check and performance times, any supporting/opening acts and live music curfews. This information will be collated in a 'tour book' which will be issued to all the travelling cast and crew.

Poets & Writers paid fellowship (LA)

Poets& Writers is very pleased to announce the launch of a new, paid
Fellowship program designed to develop future leaders for the literary
field.

Each year, two individuals will have an opportunity to work with Poets&
Writers, 20 hours per week for 10 months. One Fellow will work with the
editorial department and one with the Readings/Workshops program this
year in our Los Angeles office. These paid positions will provide
exposure to literary programming or publishing, along with unique
opportunities to learn about the field.

While the program is perhaps best suited to a current graduate student,
or someone who has recently completed a graduate degree, we welcome
applications from other qualified candidates as well.
