(JOB) Executive Director, Santa Clarita Performing Arts Center at College of the Canyons

"BIG PICTURE" RESPONSIBILITY:
The Executive Director serves as part of the leadership team
in the district and has primary responsibility for planning and
executing all programming, fundraising, marketing, public
relations, and communications in support of the Santa Clarita
Performing Arts Center at College of the Canyons (PAC). The
Executive Director is responsible for overseeing booking of
talent for COC Presents, overseeing all K-12 arts in education
projects, and developing and implementing the short and long
term goals and objectives of the Performing Arts Center. This
position reports to the Assistant Superintendent/Vice
President, Instruction and supervises personnel working in
the PAC. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Community Projects Assistant [JOB] - Arts Council for Long Beach

The Arts Council for Long Beach is seeking a temporary part time Community Projects Assistant to support the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) Our Town grant. This position will be 10 hours a week and will begin in early December and run through the summer of 2013 (or otherwise determined). York is seeking a creative handyperson that can take on small jobs at our
two facilities -- Spaces @ 520 in Manhattan and South Oxford Space in
Brooklyn. Ongoing tasks include patching and painting walls, minor carpentry
work, and even some gardening possibilities. Electrical or plumbing skills
