Assistant Professor of Photography and Digital Media
Elizabeth’s Canvas, an organization that empowers cancer patients and survivors through the creative process, is currently looking for teaching artists to provide weekly classes at outpatient Cancer treatment centers in Torrance and Downtown Los Angeles. One-hour classes are open to children, ages 3-18, receiving treatment at the centers and their parents. Curriculum must serve all levels of experience and be easily accessible for all levels of physical ability. Due to the fact that attendance will vary week to week, each class should result in a product of the art form (i.e. drawing, perform a musical piece, etc…). All art forms are welcome but we are currently in need of art/mixed media teachers.

The Blank Theatre is seeking an Advising Stage Magician for its upcoming world premiere hip/hop musical SIAMESE S*X SHOW:
The design process will start soon after the designer is hired. The show has its first preview on February 21st and opens on March 4th at the Dragonfly Nightclub in Hollywood.
About the Musical: SIAMESE S*X SHOW is a new musical about four fallen pop stars who must band together to stop evil Monocorp from virtually taking over the world! It's a blend of splashy pop theatricality, with dark, satiric takes on capitalism, pop music, technology, and of course…S*X!!

The Managing Director (MD) will ensure successful operations of the
EAL/LA Leadership Council by guiding efficient communications and
organization. The MD may serve as a consultant to the Leadership

The University of California, Riverside, has initiated a search to hire a tenure track Assistant Professor in Painting beginning July 1, 2013
The candidate should be an artist working primarily with painting and drawing. We desire a candidate who is a working artist with a significant exhibition history and has a broad understanding of the history and contemporary practice within the medium, as well as the practical and theoretical implications of new technologies.
Site Coordinator
Working under the regular supervision of the Education Manager, the Site
Coordinator provides support for Ryman Arts classes on site, as well as
in outreach efforts and recordkeeping. This position will involve
coordinating the logistics of weekly Saturday classes at California
State University, Fullerton, coordinating the outreach efforts to
recruit new students for Ryman Arts, keeping records on students and
tracking information about both students and schools. Ensuring clear
communication between the Los Angeles and Orange County sites will be a
key part of this position.
