The Special Assistant to the President position is located at a highly regarded arts organization in Southern California. This individual will work closely with the President and play a critical role in the organization's operations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Acts as liaison between the President and Board of Directors, staff, and community members.
-Performs complex administrative duties for the President. Must maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
-Helps plan work flow, through calendar and logistics management, to ensure President's daily focus is in line with the priorities of the organization and time is strategically allocated to further strategic goals.
-Independently composes and prepares correspondence.
-Conducts research and prepares reports.

The Facilities Manager helps supervise, train, and coordinate all employees of the Facilities Department with work orders, P.M.'s and projects.
Essential Functions:
Performs related duties, P.M.'s, work orders, records, cleaning areas, and all jobs inclusive of Mechanic 2 and Mechanic 3
Responsible for museum maintenance and overall appearance of the museum grounds
Responsible for all preventative maintenance coordination
Supervises all facilities employees in the absence of a Director
Trains all facilities employees as needed
Assists work order scheduling and time scheduling

Artspace Visual Arts Centre is a leading international residency-based contemporary art centre, housed in the historic Gunnery Building in Woolloomooloo fronting Sydney Harbour.
The Autry is seeking well-qualified candidates for the position of part-time Outreach Teacher. Utilizing replicas and hands-on objects, Outreach Teachers travel to elementary schools throughout the Los Angeles area and facilitate inquiry-based workshops for students (grades 3-5) in a classroom setting. Candidates must possess a deep commitment to creative and engaging forms of teaching and student engagement. As vital members of the Education Department, Outreach Teachers implement grade-appropriate lesson materials based on museum themes and aligned to California Academic Content Standards and Curriculum Frameworks, as well as lead professional development workshops for teachers, assist in the development of new curriculum, and provide assistance for museum events.

TOHYF residency program is custom designed and standards-based. Residencies
